Instructors & professionals
We're building a qualified founding instructor team and investing in real adaptive-specific training. Paid, professional work — not endless volunteering.
Volunteers
There is meaningful work to do, and we'd rather have a few people who own a clear role than a crowd that needs constant coordination.
Share a skill
Equipment, accessibility, rehabilitation, logistics, design, trades, communications — bring what you're already good at and we'll find where it fits.
Help build a program
Some of the best programs will be led by someone other than our founder. If you want to own a meaningful piece of the mission, say so.
Community Advisory Circle
An informal group of trusted people who offer ideas, community perspective, and expertise when it's useful. Advisory only — not a governing board, and not a standing meeting obligation.
